Abstract

In the emerging scenario of the digital transformation, the approach enhancing learning acquired in all contexts (also non formal and informal) appears to be strategic in order to improve the level of skills directly useful in the labour market, and therefore immediately usable. The process of enriching learning takes a central role, in line with the growing changes in employment and the continuous innovation and internationalization of professions, crafts, commercial sectors and industries.

The concept of learning and its descriptors (knowledge, skills and competences) has acquired a key role, as a crucial resource for individuals, organizations, firms and for the development and innovation of the economy.

The experiences carried out in working contexts provide those professional skills necessary to perform a task, regardless of the title or qualification owned by individuals, with the aim of adapting individual skills to the needs and characteristics of the digital labour market.
