Abstract

In the light of recent legislative reforms, social policies and emerging socio-educational needs, the education profession is experiencing a period of change and profound transformation that requires renewed knowledge and skills in the light of the complexity that characterises society and educational action. At the University of Trieste, in order to support educators-in-training in the definition of their professional profile, a tool-process, the Personal Development Plan, has been prepared as a measure of accompaniment and narrative orientation aimed at the construction of future professional prefigurations through a biographical and critical-reflective process.
