Abstract

This contribution addresses youth entrepreneurship education as a constitutive dimension of lifelong learning and lifelong guidance. Starting from the "Che Impresa!" project promoted by the University of Florence, the article critically analyzes the integration of European frameworks EnterComp, GreenComp and Career Management Skills (CMS) as a pedagogical device capable of promoting transformative agency, active citizenship and sustainability competencies among young people aged 17-35. Through a mixed-method approach, the work shows how this integration guides not only curriculum design and empirical research tools, but also configures a new educational paradigm based on lifelong guidance and the ability to read, interpret and transform life and work contexts. The discussion highlights theoretical, methodological and practical implications for social pedagogy, educational guidance and European educational policies, opening perspectives for comparative and longitudinal research on entrepreneurial education as a practice of empowerment and social innovation.
