Human development and local development for g/local growth

Abstract

Local and human development definitely need to be considered in terms of their relationship. This is not in contrast with national, European, international identities in their contemporary evolution. Indeed, it entails that the synergic relationship of local and human development provide a g/local response to the challenge of globalization.
