From an Employability Perspective: Team-Based Learning Experiences in Higher Education

Abstract
From the perspective of inclusive employability, university teachers must foster the teaching-learning process through the active engagement of students. This enables them as active citizens and according to their own learning needs and to implement not only disciplinary knowledge but skills and attitudes necessary for managing the complexity that characterizes our contemporary world (Frison, 2024; Torlone & Schiedi, 2022).
With respect to this framework, the paper presents several studies how secondary analysis, that involved teachers and trainees of university (undergraduate and graduate) courses with Team-Based-Learning (TBL) approach that employed group work. The aim of this paper is to answer the guiding question: What process categories identify TBL as an active and inclusive method?
