Main Article Content
Abstract
The working environment is very important both for the battle against discriminations and for gaining civil rights and respect for individual identities.
The likeliness of being subjected to harass-ment or bullying is in fact higher for people that belong to heavily discriminated social groups. The purpose of this article is to present educa-tional experiences directed at detecting and preventing these phenomena, that were reali-sed in 2006-2008 with the clerics of “Nuovi Di-retti” (New Rights) of the CGIL worker's union in Emilia Romagna, and in 2009-2010 with em-ployees from Divisione Lavoro e dei Centri per l’Impiego del Comune di Torino.
