Is the right to higher education sufficiently granted?

Abstract
This article makes reference to the right to hi-gher education and equal opportunities in order to accomplish social welfare in a society marked by production models based on knowledge and its applications, where the mis-sion University's to be serve society. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate through data from the University Pablo Olavide of Seville, that this right is not bestowed enough according to the rate of drop out due to exogenous and institutional as well as endo-genous and structural ones related to the student. Specific and comparable reality that means a widespread social problem.
