Abstract

The paper is intended to investigate the issue of self-efficacy in some teachers during the emergence from Covid-19 by looking for those factors that influenced the development of creative thinking, to implement teaching solutions that later turned out to be an important resource both from the point of view of one's own professional development and in terms of relationships with students and colleagues. The interviews structured according to a protocol prepared by the authors described the transition from Distance Learning (DL) to the subsequent return to the classroom with integrated Digital Learning (IDL) in a sample of seven teachers. The survey showed how, to cope with their own training needs and use specific competences, teachers leveraged their self-efficacy and creativity, capitalizing on the experiences in the perspective of personal and collective improvement and well-being.
