Abstract
The paper presents a collaborative research carried out with a group of operators from a social enterprise in the Northwest Florentine area, active in the field of territorial socio-educational services for children and adolescents. The research, based on the constructs of learning organization, work contexts’ potential and embedded learning, has allowed to define, explain and strengthen the competences acted within the cooperative and at the same time to develop the reflexive critical capacity, necessary for the activation of learning processes by the organization. The paper intends to offer a contribution to the ongoing debate on the paths of professionalisation of socio-educational operators and at the same time to offer elements of analysis to those involved in the continuous training of third sector operators.
