Abstract

The paper discusses the topic of communities of practice in the professional training of teachers in light of the innovations on the digital transition of EU funded National Recovery and Resilience Plan - Next Generation EU. A community of practice is a group of people who share a common concern, a set of problems, or an interest in a topic and who come together to fulfill both individual and group goals. Communities of practice focus on sharing best practices in interaction and in a web-based collaborative.
