For the first time in Italy a law (92/2012) deals with the building o a longlife longwide learning system; this is based on two bedrocks: the citi-zens’right to lifelong learning, and the equal dignity of the skills acquired in different con-texts, which allows to go out and in between different learning systems. This law implies that new policies and tools must be created and that the dialogue between different institu-tions must be implemented; furthermore it also implies that we must build a cultural proposal based on the idea that everyone can enter again into higher education.Downloads
