Abstract

The essay explores the issue of special educational needs within the light of a school organization that aspires to become of all and everyone. Far from a liquid dissimilarity that polarizes the specific competencies of each territorial actor involved in the school-based inclusive process of learners, there emerges the need for a relational plot among territorial actors so that specific forms of intervention do not crystallize into medicalized approaches to needs. In front of the different alphabets of School, Health System, Local Administration, Family, it is urgent to pay attention to the strategic and inter-connective role of the Territorial Centers for Inclusion whose educational potential is inscribed in the solicitation to trans-form the organizational cultures of educational institutions by giving voice to a common language that rests on the enhancement of the person as a primary and irreducible value that transcends any limitation, in this light it is possible to embrace the modus operandi inspiring inclusive processes.
