Abstract

The educational and training professions today are going through a season of rethinking, redefining and redevelopment related to their structures, tasks and skills, which originate, in the profound transformations that have characterized contemporary society. Flexibility, mobility, uncertainty, reflexivity, in fact are some of the elements considered central to the change in the current work scenario. The contribution aims to focus on meanings, implications and possibilities connected to the new frontiers that open up to the professions after Law 205/2018. It is an intentional and interpretative work, made up of skills and reflexivity, of knowledge connected to a practice linked to multiplicity and dynamism or to the need to connect the present with past events and with future perspectives.
