Children participation is developed through freedom of thinking and being, the choice, the desire to produce change and shared knowled-ge. This happens during the participatory plan-ning workshops, that are educational proces-ses involving children in construction and rea-daptation works of places they frequented. The search refer of a participation experience in Umbria, relatively to which the degree of chil-dren involvement and their perceptions were verified. Have been used four detection means, and an international Ladder of children participation which classifies the degree of in-volvement of children.Downloads
