Pedagogical models supporting education and health practice after the Sars Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract
While highlighting the figure of those who, on the front line, have managed a dramatic, pervasive and certainly unexpected phenomenon, the Sars Covid-19 pandemic is asking us to define new strategic lines in order to realign the NHS to the health needs of the communities and citizens. The new models of care and assistance that are emerging require a review of health professions’ profiles of competence. This inevitably leads to a reflection on the pedagogical models supporting education of students and professionals practicing in health care field. The work proposes an analysis of educational constructs necessary to understand and implement health professionals’ skills starting from the experience of the SARS Covid-19 pandemic. Lastly, the perspective of pedagogical problematicism is presented as a possible paradigm in support of Medical Education.
